Delivery Policy

At B-ella-G Active we work so that you receive your pieces on time and without setbacks. Below, we explain our estimated delivery times:

Deliveries in the Dominican Republic
Santo Domingo: from to business days.
San Juan, Azua and the rest of the country: from to business days.
Remote areas: from to business days, depending on location.
Orders placed after : p.m. They will be processed the next business day.

Deliveries to the United States
International standard shipping: from to business days.
Fast courier (optional): within business days (additional fees apply).
Once the package is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number by email or WhatsApp.

Order processing
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

Important considerations
B-ella-G is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (such as courier companies, weather conditions or customs).
For security, we do not deliver to incomplete addresses or PO Boxes (in the US).

During peak seasons (such as Black Friday or Christmas), delivery times may be extended.
